Is there a difference between head coils and TMJ specific coils or is it basically the same thing?

how long its takes ? i try to do it three times for the past two years evert time i failed i got panic, , but tmj pain still & doctor insist to do it i really dont know what to do

Why would you have them bite down on a syringe as opposed to a bite block? A bite block makes more sense.
