Your videos are great.  Great info and I enjoy your sense of humor like the tourist joke around the 4:25 mark in this video.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you so much for your part on Lebanon. I'm half Lebanese & Thai myself (I know, odd mix..but great food!). My dad is actually an Aussie Lebanese but his parents are from a small Christian-Shia village around 10km's south of Tyre, the village by the name of Hanaway (St.Johns Village) sits right beside the ruins of an ancient Phonecian Village and was the summer residence for King Hiram the Phonecian King of Tyre and it is his final resting place. I really enjoyed your part on Tyre and I definitely agree that if Lebanon were to sort its politics out, there would be great potential for tourism.

I'm actually surprised, great video, very little views, you are definitely under-subscribed.

You are so close to Jerusalem, Medina and Mecca, the three most sacred cities of Islam.

I wanted to correct you on the fact you said that Berat's orthodox religion shows the link to Serbia. It's actually in the south and thus more reasonably shows a relationship with the Greeks.

Those stones on the shore were trenches the albanians used to fight the montenegrian navy, after they got crushed, they begged russia to save them so russia sent a fleet to the adriatic, the allbanians fighting enemies in all fronts retreated and lost the skadar lake and an agreement was signed that montenegro kept the present time occupation and inquadration of the territory. It was supposed to be returned to Albania by 2012 but noone has taken the case. The same model of trenches you have in the city of Vlora where during ww2 4000 Albanian navy retreated mousselinis naval fleet of 26 000 men. You should take a longer trip to Albania and go to castle of Kruje, the northern Theth mountain and houndreds of other fascinating locations

Quick fact  ; albania is nominally 56 % muslim as per 2011 census results, 20 % christians, and 24 % irreligious, agnostics etc . Greetings from tirana, from an agnostic albanian tending to orthodoxism

Who taught you history dude?
After the Romans came the Byzantines?
Byzantium was a conversation of the Roman Empire
And btw
The territory of modern Albania was one of the first outside Italy to be part of the republic
It wasn't just occupied, the people were Roman citizens, serving in the legions and administration.
And get your percentages right
That 70% is inaccurate
Plus the hole orthodox culture in the country is more influenced by Greek Orthodoxy and has nothing to do with the Slavic countries in the north.
