She would suck as a boss. She mad and calling people mediocre because they are trying to adjust to life.. Give an incentive for people to stay and hustle if thats what you want. Bet you starting pay is $12-$13 with shared tips..

Nobody's gonna work for $10-12 per hour. At 40 hours a week. Everyone would need 2-3 jobs to pay all there bills. With rent, gas & food higher, better start offering employees $15+ per hour to even get applications in.

This woman so out of touch. She wants to pay the least possible and then turn around and say they are all mediocre. I’ll tell you why the person is not answering the phone. They got a better job.

It would seem we have a conundrum:

One group says employers aren't paying enough to keep workers.

Another group says they're being discriminated against because they chose to not take the jab in order to keep a job.

Yet another group says there are no applicants because they're on the government dole and not inclined to bother.

Which could it be??

Pay people more. This lady wants people to “hustle” for her business, and pays them minimum wage. She’s lucky to have anyone show up at all. I’m sick of restaurant owners using patrons to subsidize wages through tips. Pay your employees fairly.
