NEW Lancome Tient Idole! Did They Ruin It?!?

I am loving the 455 on you. Looks very natural. I will definitely have to go in to be matched with this one.

Try 440N or 445N. It has warmth and 440N was the perfect match for me. My perfect match in EL Double Wear is 5N2 Amber Honey. Lately I’ve been on the Neutral bandwagon and get better results in Lancôme, Ester Lauder DW, and Dior because they pull Neutral Warm for me. If I go Warm with these brands, they don’t hit at all! Do Not pick a color off of their conversion chart…pick one from the colors they have presented on the models arms. This is what I did and picked right the first time. I compared 440N, 445N, and 450W. 440N was warmer and more Golden than the 450W. I think 440N will be your best match. It’s a very close second to EL DW 5N2 Amber Honey

Heyyy sis!! I love the care and glow foundation but I’m definitely struggling to find my shade. I can wear 515, 520 and 530 but none of them are my perfect shade. I stuck with 530 because its easier to adjust the deepness with a light concealer. Anyways I feel like YT did me dirty but I’m so glad you finally popped back up for me!! I missed your videos but I love the podcast especially while I’m on my own weight loss journey!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🫶🏾

I was 460 in the original & was never able to find my shade in the care & glow last summer. I wear 500 if I’ve had a bunch of sun. I picked up one of each before they pulled the old formula off the shelves. When I run out I will probably switch to another brand. Unfortunately Lancôme lost me on this one.

I understand what you are saying! I use to like neutral foundations but now I like more golden! When I go to get matched everyone match me to warm but I feel it’s too red, when I tan my undertone is warm. If you look at me though I feel the first thing you should think is my undertone is golden. I still have some of the old formula left, trying to use it up before it expires. I do have the new one on my wish list but I have an Estée Lauder, Chanel, and Bobbi Brown foundation I need to use up first!

The 515 looks less natural due to its warmness, which ironically seems more 'makeup' rather than 'normal skin like the 455

They ruined it! My old shade covered and lasted beautifully all day. I only use it under my eyes for daily wear. The new formula burns my eyes, and if you blend too 5 darkness shows or completely slides off. I'm going to order from a 3rd party site for the old one until I can't find it anymore.

Have you tried neutral shades? Because you look very neutral especially when you put on those deeper shades and they look orange because your skin is more neutral. We are very close in shades but I'm definitely neutral.

Thanks for this review, we’re foundation twins and I’m so annoyed that Lancôme has done this! I still have the old formulation in 500 and I have to make it last for my wedding since I want the MUA to use it 😢

You know I never thought to try the stick foundation 🤔 I love Teint Idole! I'm Shade 15 Moka UK/550C US in the original formulation, and 535N in the new one, but I didn't have it on long enough to test the wear and formulation. Just shade test. The gaps between shades are huge! 540C was much too dark for me

The smell on the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear is too perfumery and that’s why I didn’t like it and don’t wear it as much.
