I am pro-milk/lactose, except i do like fairlife because its higher protein, but whys this look so good. I could easily be talked into getting that.

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I think this information needs to be shared: You can help your lactose intolerance via exposing yourself to small amounts of dairy consistently! I've been doing that for around 3 years now, and it works well. The first month or so is rough to say the least, but not the only thing that will really set me off is chugging a full glass of milk. It used to only take 2 or 3 mouthfuls. I get to eat cheese whenever I want! I can eat (a reasonable amount of ) ice cream!

There hasn't been very many studies and human trials done on this, though those that have been done showed promising results. I wish I could say that was why I tried, but in truth, mine was just a love of dairy.

I love the Silk ice cream!!! I can eat a little ice cream without a stomachache but Cold Stone is so rich and creamy that I can’t even finish a small without a stomachache. I was so excited for the chocolate Silk, especially because it’s chocolate 😂

Oat milk, coconutmilk, and rice milk are all great milk alternatives that are nut-free so it won't contaminate machines for anyone with a nut allergy.

I used to work at coldstone and did a blind taste test with this and regular chocolate. I could not tell the difference
