Merle! Your vegan ice cream had an amazing texture. With the combo of cocoa fat and coconut oil and cashew fat it perfectly immulsified. I can tell just by sight that it had a striking similarity in texture to the dairy ice cream.

In Indonesia, we have 'es puter', using coconut milk to replace milk. Kinda salty. The texture is more like sorbet than creamy.

For those without access to the good-good from shoppes, as grocery store ice cream goes, Magnum and Hagen Dazs non-dairy pops are great!

Maybe Goodful can show vegans with other dietary restrictions? It's really hard to be plant based with conditions like celiac, food allergies, medically necessary low carb or low fiber diet, etc.
