2 problems, 1 it reads my 2g as a 3gs, 2, after pwnd mode is activated it won't show up in itunes to alt-restore it

helllo i can't open redsnow in windows it says certain operations (like the A5 jailbreak) are disabled due to incomplete itunes libraries. please be sure the lates itunes is installed but i installed the latest itunes what will i do
