After reading all these comments I made a note to self: never make a climbing video that involves anchors or risk evisceration by the trad police. I wanted to see how the device worked... mission accomplished. Thanks for your concise demonstration.

This device is not without its issues. One time it failed to lock in the busy anchor after adjustment.
It happens because it requires to rotate back to lock and sometimes one of the surrounding binners prevents it from rotating back.
As a result, you simply slide to the stitched end with an adrenaline rush :D

I've been using these to route set on an extremely overhanging wall and find it overly difficult to extend myself when these are fully loaded (ie back onto my rap line). unless im missing some trick. (like breaking an atc in guide mode, i wish this petzl had a release option for when fully weighted).

You have a clove hitch to a locking carabiner which is connected to a non-locking carabiner. Why? Isn't the safety given by the locking biner gone when attached to a non-locking one?

too short. need to have more of a review in video form. THEN Maybe I'll go read the blog. But this gave me no idea into how good your review might be. Therefor I feel no drive to go read blog. Next time say more in the vid. Vid is king

you anchor is also only running two non locking wire gates, one facing inwards. then a single locker on the rope?! Your lanyard is running binner to binner (not recommended) on a bolt with a fat enough ring for two side by sides, much more secure. While making a public video which newbies might watch and try and learn from why not take the time to make every detail correct, safe and by the book?! just my 0.2

That’ll eventually wear on that one spot on your belay loop... use it how it’s supposed to be used or don’t use it at all.
