I saw the original Star Wars as a 7 year old U.K inner city kid in 1978. For me it was the limitless universe, the idea that there was a galaxy with millions of planets, millions of species and technology ready to be explored. Me and my friends used to lay on the garage roof in the summer nights and stare at the stars and make up Star Wars themed stories. Our families were very poor and didnt have lots of money for toys, but we were inspired, so we made our own toys, and making something from nothing is carried into my adult life as an artist. THAT is what Star Wars meant to us - Limitless possibilites, imagination and opportunities. ❤

I got into it from first watching the Mandalorian, my friend told me to and I’ve been hooked ever since, I then watched ROTS and it instantly became my favorite, I’m now working on a Knightfall Vader/Anakin cosplay from the World Between Worlds

I was kid back in the 80's and really got into Star Wars when Empire came out. I can still remember seeing it at the theater, and going to Toys R Us to get all the toys.

So awesome seeing you at the photoshoot and the Con. Darth Vader was my initial hook to Star Wars. I was 5 in 1977 when I saw it. When Vader walked through the door, I was hooked forever.

I grew up in the 70's so Star Wars was part of my childhood. Plus my cousin is/was an Ewok in ROTJ. Love hearing her stories about the days on set and acting in front of George.

As always I love your contact, I do miss going to comic-con's. The millennium falcon and the fact that flashlights can be used as swords at the time when I was 5 years old was a real cool thing to see. What's the passion of the fans at the time was just undeniable and United.

Ryan is truly one of the most talented "Droidsmiths" I've come across on social media. I haven't had the chance to watch the Acolyte series yet, as finding downtime has been challenging lately. It's a shame that Ashley couldn't make it, but I really appreciate you covering all the Star Wars content at Comic Con 2024.

Thanks to your video, I now know about the Mattel E-Wing! I also really liked the fun shoutouts to Back to the Future and The Rocketeer.

As far as Star Wars, goes – to me, Star Wars (1977) represents the best of the best for creativity and ingenuity on film. When that’s paired with Lucas’s self-stated original vision for the film, about “…friendships, honesty, trust, doing the right thing. Living on the light side, avoiding the dark side…” – it’s hard not to fall in love with that.

Watched the original trilogy in the 90's, then the special edition later in the 90's, then the prequels, then the now ones.... so I've been here the whole ride. Made my own character, too. Trying my best to make him canon

I remember the first time I even got into Star Wars, my Dad showed me the first three movies from the original trilogy when I was 4 or 5. Ever since then, Luke Skywalker had always been my favorite character out of anything since then. I just found him so, so, SO relatable to me. To me he’s one of my heroes growing up for sure! Then a couple years later The First Star Wars Battlefront dice game came out as a beta, and me and my dad would play it all the time when it was on beta. And I remember when I played on the rebels, I would memorize where the hero tokens would spawn, so I can play my favorite character all the time! Star Wars is a big part of my life…

I'm very happy about the current state of Star Wars, so many different offerings. I'm a big fan of the rebellion and rebel starfighter pilots.

I'm bummed we missed you at SDCC! The first SW movie I saw was Empire and my 6 year old brain was blown away by the battle of Hoth, from there on SW became a big part of my life.
I love your positivity, I'm not a fan of half of the stuff Disney SW has put out but I love that we can just enjoy what we enjoy on your channel, keep it up!! :D
