"if you're in blue play omniscience" is incredibly out of touch. Dracogenesis allows you to play from your graveyard, top of your deck, command zone ect for free. Omniscience is only from hand.

Omniscience vs dracogenesis imo is not a debate. I feel like red is easier to chest out than blue idk

Mox Jasper is a bit fringe but the other two are huge in Commander. Dracogenesis + Tiamat has cEDH potential and will be a powerhouse in casual (Omniscience can't cast from the command zone) and Ugin is a shoo-in for colourless commander decks (Zhulodok/Liberator etc.)

There are literally 2 CMC dragons that you could get out extremely quick. I think the Mox isn’t earth shattering but it’s not a straight up scam

Within a dragon deck. Dracogenesis is stricly better!
You can cast from the command zone, exile, AND hand. While omniscience is TWO mana more to cast and only allows you to cast spells from your hand....

Mox japser actually fits perfect perfect in my ganax astral hunter//candlekeep sage storm list. It had a dragon kindred subtheme in izzet colors with a ton spellslinger payoffs. Japser is just a really good card to draw when you have a displacer kitten on the field and a grip full of sorceries to play.

For dragogensis In Tiamat its like a instant win. For other dragon commander i do feel like its a little play around. You need some sort of draw engine when you cheat out dragon like a garruk uprising or kindred discovery to draw more dragon and cheat more.

I pulled a Showcase Foil Mox Jasper and sold it for $80 right away. I don’t like cards that rely on a card type to be used.
