Spino vs t rex irl:

T rex had a very strong bite, up to 6 tons capable of crushing bones. T rex couldn't run, and it's top speed was 12 mph. T rex was not so "muscular" as most pictures portray it, as it had no need for muscle. T rex did not hunt active prey and was an ambush predator, so it had no need for muscle capacity like giganotosaurus or carcharodontosaurus. T rex used its excellent vision and sense of smell to track prey and kill it before it escapes using its killer bite. T rex did not use its head as a battering ram to "paralyze" prey, mainly because it's neck would snap.

Spino was a both bigger and heavier than t rex. Was not quadrupedal like the 2014 theory suggested. Had a reletively good bite at 2-3 tons. Was not a "weak fisherman" with "pencil thin Jaws" as some pictures portray. Probably not fast, though it is impossible to estimate as no complete leg bones were found. Hunted both on land and in water, and was not bound to one envoirment.

I think the result of a fight would be 50-50 depending on chance. And not all that fanboy crap where either spino rips t rex apart or t rex throws spino with its Jaws.

The t rex would go for the neck of spino, mostly from hunting experience and instinct, and spino would also have gone for the neck of t rex also from experience. The winner would really be who lands first. If the t rex can get a good grip on Spinos neck, it should be able to fracture Spinos neck vertebrae enough to kill it, and vise versa. It really would be a fight of chance depending on who got the better bite. Spino being heavier and larger would have the weight advantage, and along with arms also and advantage. T rex would have the bite strength advantage.

The T-Rex has a much more powerful bite than the spinosaurus, giving it a massive advantage with immediate damage. However, while the spinosaurus doesn't have as strong of a bite force, it has a longer snout meaning it could attack first. Now, most hunters of this time relied on hitting the nech and swifty ending the life of the other creature. This fight would be e tirely dependent on the starting position of the spinosaurus. If they were facing each other head on, the spinosaurus is at a disadvantage because the Rex can grab at the spinosaurus neck, which would be clumsy and hard to maneuver in such close quarters, and the rexes' skull would act as a shield, preventing it from being bitten from the spinosaurus.

Now, if the Spinosaurus started at either the rear or side, and was able to strike out at the Rex, the fight would almost assuredly go to the spinosaurus. It would have the range neccasary to reach the rexes' neck, and a sudden snap would end the rexes" life.

However, as these were both apex predators but of different realms, (sea and land, ) a fight between them was likely rare but almost always fatal.
