Thanks Pickles. You’re helping me make up my mind about this Labor government. I was so excited when they were elected, after years of bullshit from the Morrison Liberal and National coalition. The cynical political games and the lack of openness and honesty from Labor in this government feels like such a betrayal. I guess I will be voting for Greens or a sensible, local independent in my electorate at the next election. I will preference Labor only just above the Liberals and the Nationals. I hope that is the message that Labor gets at the next election. It’s such a travesty that the Liberals, Nationals and the Labor party do so well at each election. I’ve finally come to the view that the major parties are all as bad as each other.

They just changed the property laws in Sydney that owners can now Airbnb it and kick out renters. With only a month to get out. My doc said it's happening to an 80 yo man that got kicked out of his place after 45 years. He will probably die, because of this. Its so gross

Thanks for the continuous update! I am super excited about how I got retired earning more income, pay my taxes and stop depending on the government.
