my guess on oil: when trump moves in to the white house, opac will flood the oil market (slowly). under 50 its getting critical for us production. combine it with very likely recession and you got ridiclolous prices. some say even $10

It’s tough to invest anywhere but US, because no other place in the world cares and looks after investors with law and cultural perspective.

The price of the global markets reflect this. Not only are foreign companies going against the grain culturally, but also structurally. For example, the lack of trademark and copyright laws in other major markets, or at least the lack of enforcement, negatively affects innovation and encourages copying.

Great show. Could it be the SP500 is a managed market now too? Only marginal drawdowns allowed because the wealth effect has to keep going to finance the fiscal deficits and also to keep inflation from not going down too hard. I am Swiss and it seems the SNB is scared of slowing inflation more than ever. And we do not even have a meaningful deficit, although a rising one.

Always nice to hear 👂🏼 tips from pro traders!

The bullishness of the market is eye-popping, stratospheric, and frankly bonkers. It's 🌰🥜 !

I feel very queasy, like Buffett. So I'm deleveraging somewhat (not entirely, since stocks are shooting the moon).

Also putting protection on. On another show, someone said that short-term puts on SPY are the cheapest in 30 years. Seems a no-brainer!
