Cheers from Sydney, i Tried this today ablit not as good as you. My chorizo was slightly burned I needed some more balsamic and mine kept falling apart but even with that it was Just goes to show how much of a good sandwich it is as i didn't make it perfect but i was still saying wow on every bite. I'm even going to try it again to see how its like when its perfect thanks for showing me this Chef !
