Currently experiencing the sabotage part with my narc ex. It is truly awful. Danielle is spot on with this advice. I had been stupid enough to move to live close to mine after a break of a year or so (affordable rent near my work) and we had a situationship for a while which ended about 4 months ago.
Worst mistake ever. He is now bombarding me with abusive messages and has started a smear campaign. All because I found someone new. He had even said he would be happy for me if I found a new partner who was nice. Do not make my mistake please.

I think the reality is, at least to me, is if anyone lied to me, I'm done, period, , that's it...I've stopped having multi teared friends.. no integrity, not in my space...and this helps me, and rules out many ppl, family, who ever..I got stopped in Northern Cali month ago, I have NH plates..I'm just driving around the USA in my mini van..cop pulls me over, usual reg, ins, lic..he says " I pulled you over for blinker light out " I said, " it's not our you are living to me " with a smile..he handed me my stuff and left...done
