It was a good frame, but the umps are in the big leagues. That is unacceptable for a pro mlb game. The umps gotta get better. Go Phillies

It was a vengeance call. Stubbs had given the ump an earful about the inconsistent strike zone (it was bad the whole night) earlier in the game. No amount of framing makes 6 inches high appear to be in the strike zone.
