as a person who recently just upgraded from a 1660 super system to a 4070 oc system, its feeling is so much freeing and wonderful from playing modern games at powerpoint frames to imax frames it feels so good

My computer was assembled around 8 years ago. It got a RAM upgrade and a new SSD. + a new 3TB HDD. Still does games on high. Love it.

Thats basically what Im doing. I just upgrade my 3060 to a 4070ti Super. Now just have to get new Ram sticks and i think im good for another 4 years at AM4.

My current i7-9700kf and RTX 2060 rig is still very strong and I built it in 2019. (I upgraded the cpu from an i5 to the i7 a little after but whatever.) I’m building a new AMD system now with an 9 7900x and the rx 7800 xt. Feels like a meaningful upgrade to me
