What to use INSTEAD of Dryer Sheets

First off let me thank you for thank you for showing me how to make dryer balls, very informative. However, you are the 4th video I've watched while searching for an alternative to dryer sheets. All of which, as yours, does too, says to use vinegar, yet none have told me how much vinegar to use. Can ypu please tell us how much vinegar to use per load? Again your video is the best I've seen so far, and I do appreciate it. Thank you
