I’ve watched at least for other videos involving whiteboards talking about surface cleaner tabs and this is the first one. I actually understood. Thanks.

Good job explaining.
The only thing you left out I believe is letting us know what the gallon and the inch ratio he is
For running the proper Surface Cleaner for the proper gallons per minute washer.
Thanks again for taking time out of your life to help others!
🙏💙✌

Billy I run a 20” surface cleaner with a 4 gpm Hotsy 4000 psi. When I have a driveway that’s not that dirty and I don’t need all that pressure I just throttle back the throttle lever half way and I am good.
Appreciate all your videos man. Thanks for doing those they have a lot of good information. Thanks .

I have a 16 inch surface cleaning with a 4gpm and it came with 2502. I felt it was too much pressure. Change it to 25025 and it made a big difference

It shouldn’t split the PSI in half if your running 4 gpm tips and have a 8 gpm your pressure will still be at 3500 PSI. If you were to use bigger tips it would lower ur pressure but you should be getting 3500 psi with the 4 gpm tips.

Very thorough explanation. Can you suggest a surface cleaner to use with our gasoline powered Troy Bilt Honda engine 2600 psi 2.3 GPM power washer? Thank you

I bought a 12gpm 2500 psi machine to use for sewer jetting and just washing down pump stations for sewer plants. I dunno how i came across your channel. But after watching alot of your videos. I feel like a expert in pressure washing and its not even what i do.

I always thought the second number was thousands of an inch. Like 11003 means 110 degree spray angle with a 3 thousandth opening. Not like it matters, but you can buy the plastic tips with a stainless or even ceramic insert for a lot less than the "SS" or solid stainless or SS11003.
To be honest, I'd experiment with the angle over the size of the orifice. Go with an 6004 or wider like an 8004 that will stop leaving streaks as the fan is so much wider. It would be quicker as well.

Just found your channel today and I love it! As a newbie, what spray type pre wash cleaners (like degreasers, etc) do you recommend for concrete to get it really good and clean? Or do I even need to worry about it if I'm hitting it with 4000psi?

Hey Mr. Davidson so I have a horsepower 4000 psi 4.0 gpm, and I’m only getting 3, 200 psi to my 20 inche Northstar surface cleaner I change the nozzle tips and still getting the same pressure. When I hook up the power washing gun, I get the full 4000 psi. What do you think is going on? Thank you so much.
