India actually wasn't rejected for playing barefooted they just thought the Olympics would be more important then the world Cup and plus it was more expensive since the Olympics was hosted in Finland compared to Brazil
Even though Brazil offered to pay for the trip India still declined instead going for the Olympics

You had to do some research before the video, there were indeed South American squads in France 1938 (actually Brazil is the only country to ever been in all of editions of the World Cup so far). And in that edition they had Leônidas da Silva, still regarded as one of the best players ever in Brazilian football ever - who BTW wasn't in the 1950 WC, as the video implies. And the original WC trophy was not the one shown in the beginning.

"India refused to play in the world cup because they were told theycoudnt play barefoot"had me dying😂😂

It is not true that India refused to come because they were told they can't play barefoot, They prioritised the Olympics over the World Cup and did not have the money needed for the journey.Atleast do some good research, and don't just say anything that you think is true.

not mentioning Polish team in 1974 wc is a joke, it was arguably the best team in the tournament only loosing to german team due to poor pitch condicion, even beckenbauer admited that

4:54 please correct the information. India didn't played because they gave Olympics more priority
