Hello Lisa, ist's so nice to watch you knitting and spinning, thank you for showing to us! Your artyarn could become a small poncho, just over your sholders to the elbows. It is such an interesting yarn and I'm sure it is warm and soft. I can't wait to see your summer-tees!
Sunny greetings from Germany! ☀️

Love all the variety and how you like to play with all the new-to-you projects. I'm also brand new to drop-spindling and like the idea of trying different "brands" of sheep lol

I learned the hard way with my regular Hipster shawl, too, to do my yarnovers very loose. Those couple rows definitely take some patience, buy the end result is GORGEOUS!!

I’ve knit 4 of the lightweight Hipster shawls and loved it! One for me, two sister’s in law, and a daughter in law. I have one to go for my daughter.

The general rule with spindles is the lighter the spindle, the thinner the yarn. Heavy spindles are used for thicker yarn/plies. Your purple spindle will spin longer if you can get your ply thinner. It's a beautiful spindle! I only have a basic beginner one that is use and the 3d printed Turkish one that I never use haha

Your art yarn would look cool as a cardigan sweater alternated with a soft dove grey, to give it a bit of strength for wearability. It looks rather delicate! I love it!

Enjoying your videos. If you are using interchangeable needles for your hipster shawl, use a smaller needle on the left and your yarnovers will slide more easily. This tip reduced my frustration on the yarnover row.

Enjoying your curiosity about all things fiber. If you continue to spin those sheep, you will have a very dizzy flock!

I love the outdoor setting.
I cursed like a sailor while trying to learn brioche. I went to the fisherman's rib, and that's a breeze. No yarn over to knit together with a slipped stitch. Some patterns are just not for all Knitters.

I also saw that but I fell off the bandwagon and I’m test knitting two fingering designs. One by nutsknitwear and Annie lupton and I had to cast on 549 stitches for Annie’s design so no more for me till these are done
