Do we need to position the device in biosafety cabined or it is safe to work on simple laboratory bench ?

Are there any resources on how the machine/cartages actually test the sample?

I saw a Cell Culture certificate for clinical application without any endotoxin. How is that possible taking acccount that many substances, including mycoplasma removal kits contain little level of endotoxin??. Is there any substance to remove completely endotoxin ?

Hello dearest Charles River! I am having issues with my log in for endoscan. My log in and password work fine when I log in through my co workers computer, but when I try it under mine it keeps saying unknown user? Not sure why this is happening. Have y’all experienced this issue before ? If so how can I fix it? The days my co worker is not here I can’t run endotoxin and I have reached out to my IT department and also a software specialist from Charles river but I’ve had no luck 😅 I will continue to be patient
