Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 Quick Look Impression

A quick look at Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 from a non Gnome / Budgie user.
All the Distro's dropping this time of year and I had a look at this one.
Love the general look of it, some initial frustrations then clear sailing.

Not a review, just my thoughts and observations after a few hours playing with Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 in a Virtual Machine.

I can remember at the dawn of the WWW when web designers (the good ones, at least) were led by user testing. I imagine they still do that. But do Linux distro and DE developers do it, too? Perhaps not enough. Otherwise, how do you get to that situation you experienced of expecting to find familiar settings in certain places, right-click accessibility, etc? Not unlike my discovery of both "Appearance" and "Zorin Appearance" in Zorin Lite. No doubt someone thought these examples were all "intuitive" for the user.
