An independent panel urged NASA to improve the data it collects about unidentified aerial phenomena, referred to by some as UFOs, in a new report released Thursday.

“The NASA team found no evidence that UAP have an extraterrestrial origin,” said David Spergel, who headed the UAP committee.

They were very clever at saying they would continue to do nothing and make it sound good. They said they wanted to destigmatise, and laughed at David Grusch. They said brave words about transparency and sidestepped questions. They talked to grown and professional adults like they were children. Pathetic.

I just watched the NASA broadcast and far out it was rubbish! An absolute cop out. The questions from NewsNation were amazing and left them speechless! Well done.

They keep saying they only look at non-classified data so they can be open with their info to the public. Well that pretty much made this study pointless. The whole presentation was just depressing. Why didn't they talk more about the Nimitz etc? And they totally blew off Grush. What happened to scientists being open minded and curious. I feel embarrassed for them. I think they really believe they did a good job.

It seems this whole team gives off an air of incompetence. It’s almost as if the criteria to get the job investigating UAPs for NASA is to not care at all about the subject and treat the public like grade school children. What a waste of taxpayer dollars and a disappointment to all of us that are truly interested in the subject.

I don't think they said anything new since the last time they had their panel. It felt like a presentation to elementary school students on the job of NASA.

NASA is talking about trying to find “life as we know it”. The problem with that is we’re looking for life similar to us. Air breathing, food eating, water drinking life. The uap’s we’re seeing may not be controlled by or flown by “life as we know it” entities.
