I have 3 questions, please answer them because I couldn't understand them from your website:

Does the audio link device work with Sonnet 1?

Does the phone app work with Sonnet 1?

Can the Sonnet 1's operating parts (battery part, cable, magnets) be used with Sonnet 2?

Hey, I curently have sonnet 1, i really need the phone features which was promised by the doctors of the local hospital that it could be activated, but i dont seem to find anything that refers to that, and those 2 dots on the sonet 2 what is that? is that the bluethoot antenna. aswell does sonet 2 resist more water than what my sonet 1 does cause mine dies far to easy in rainy weather which annoys the hell out of me.

Hi Medel Support team, my son has just got implanted, but we have a problem with the SONNET. The led near the antenna blink red several times per hour or per day. The device adjuster from Paris hospital gives us some advices. But it is tiring to have to open and close the battery cover to make the SONNET work properly, this is unacceptable for a new device which is supposed to weared for 30 years. Next week I will go to Medel store at Paris.
This problem occurs even with a new cable and locked battery cover. The consequence of that is when my son is in nursery, busy people there don't have time to focus on such a frequent malfunction of the device. Of course my son don't benefit from his device during that period.
I hope that this is particular to our SONNET and there is a solution.
