Having lived through both the Trump and Biden administrations, With Kamala praising Joe's failed policies. Do Americans really think she'll bring change for the better?Such a shame!

Entering the United States illegally means coming into the country without following the rules or getting permission. The U.S. has laws that say people who want to come in must go through certain steps, like showing a passport or getting a visa.
Federal law says that if someone tries to enter the U.S. without doing this, it is not allowed. It is like trying to sneak into a place without a ticket. If someone gets caught entering the U.S. without permission, they might be sent back to their own country or have to face other penalties.
The law that talks about this is 8 U.S. Code § 1325. It explains that entering the U.S. without following the rules is against the law.
So, just like needing permission to enter certain places, the U.S. requires permission for people to enter the country the right way!

We are supposedly a nation of laws. No other country gives those who are actively breaking the law assistance. Deport them and try to come over legally

Bro, it's literally the law.
They are here ILLEGALLY.
They have already broken the law. This is not rocket science, people.

All anyone has to do is remember the Democrats line.

No one is above the law, and the law says if you illegally enter the US the punishment is deportation

I am a legal immigrant, who spent over 11 years waiting, spending thousands of dollars and doing countless visa renewals years after year, until I got my legal residency. So you are telling me that I was a fool to follow the law. Instead I should have just jumped the fence and get along with life.

Why is a “threat” to deport illegal immigrants they should never have came here in the first place.

Good! My mother and father in law immigrated from South Korea and it took them tens of thousands of dollars and 8 years to get here. It’s a slap in the face to those who followed the rules.

What about the migrants that have come across legally; following and abiding by US protocols, paid their obligatory fees to live and work freely in our country? They did it correctly, and did what was required of them. Then why shouldn’t all others do, invest, and be held liable to do just the same. What a slap in the face to those that did everything right.
