Hardcore leveling is just the most rewarding experience especially when you get out of the first 10 lvls.

I think the hardcore element to classic era gets us as close as possible to what the original experience was, it doesnt force you to slow down, but it counters the meta gaming culture behind classic era and encourages you to take it slow and stop to smell the proverbial roses and essentially enjoy the game for what it is.

Getting a warrior to 60 in HC is my best gaming experience. Every level and upgrade felt so good and the community was amazing. It's also nice to tank dungeons and not be expected to pull the entire fucking thing at once.

hardcore wow was both the best and also worst experience ive ever had in gaming, everything that an mmo should be etc. community, leveling, dungeons, raids and at the same time my mental was at its worse when playing because i would have nightmares of dying in hc and thats all i could think of

I haven't done hardcore WoW but I've found that with other hardcore games too.

I have like 400 hours on baldur's gate 3 and after trying honour mode (hardcore mode) I can never go back. Something about knowing you could lose everything at any moment makes the sucess so much better

I wish i could play hardcore but dieing a few times cause of a dc made me level further on the chars on classic era. Tbh great to start a char on HC that you would like as a 60 on classic just because you do it the right way with the proffesions and stuff!

100%, I died in my first 5 runs before lvl 15, so I went back to retail and after 20 seconds I went like nopee back to HC it is 😂

I played hardcore, but after at most 2 deaths I just got disappointed in myself and went back to Retail :p

It’s exactly why we need a fresh HC. Original fresh HC was by far the most fun I’ve ever had playing any game in my life. First horde guild world to step into MC just hit different.

I just want a version of HC that starts at level 20. I'm not good at wow and sick and tired of the level 1-20 zones. I never want to do them again.

I've always been an ADHD retail havoc demon hunter gamer and I laughed at people who played boomer classic but once hardcore came out I decided to give it a go and after many deaths and finally getting a rogue to 60 I have to say it was the best time I had ever had in wow it was amazing

Started three days rinsed my sleep schedule just hit 20 made a rogue friend and we are spamming zones and knocking out quests with greens on em AND I LOVE IT. I FUCKING MET KENOBI IN THE SEWERS NO JOKE
