Never heard of this, but I can tell you one reason it may be true.

As a dentist trained to look for signs of sleep apnea that show up in the mouth, I work with a lot of patients who have poor sleep.

If you’re tired and cranky from a bad night’s sleep, you crave comfort foods —like sweets.

And by practically everyone who spends any time online knows that too much blue light before bed can cause poor sleep.

So if you MUST scroll before bed, get yourself a good pair of orange tinted blue light blocking goggles. (The “clear” ones may look nicer but are less effective.)

I was born in 1951 and began craving sweet things in 1951, before blue light was invented...

Please make more videos about bluelight! Since I'm protecting myself from bluelight, I sleep better. I feel less depressed and my hormones are more in balance.

I'm nearly 52 and was totally sugar dependent. Stress from accounting and being around sugar is my life as a baker, but I started intermittent fasting and healthy keto Jan 25 2022...it's March 20th and I've lost 28lbs. Crazy energy and though I'm thrilled I'm most happily confused that my Fibromyalgia just seems to be gone. I'm currently 24hrs into my first 72hr fast that I plan to do once a month then back to 18 knows maybe nomad. I'm just really beside myself having energy. Matter of fact, in the midst of the first 24hrs of fasting today, I worked out anaerobic (lifting) and just walking on the tread for 30min and I have more energy. Before all this...I'd go out to eat and would fall asleep in the car on the way back home... This is insane! Thank you!

To cut back on the blue light, find the eye strain saver mode in your display settings and turn it on. It will take a day or two to get used to it but you won't even realize it's on after that. Good luck. And if the Dr is correct, all Americans should weight an extra 10 to 20 pounds by next year as most all buildings are changing over to more intense whiter/bluer led lighting to save on operating costs.

What about when people were craving sugar before they even had cell phones and computers? What was causing it then?

Seriously? What kind of relationship would be between sweet cravings and blue light. Some details on this topic would be great. Thanks.

That explains why I've eaten 5/7 of my previous phones. 🤔
