This is mindboggling. Who would have thought this. Thank you for your work.

You need to do zinc / copper, copper sulfate. Pennies, or even anti dandruff shampoo to see if it kills germs.

Worcestershire sauce. I swear my grandpa died with the same bottle he bought in the 1950s 😂

Very cool, this is extremely analogous to the most common way alloys solidify as they cool from the molten state. At the liquid/solid interface, there is a temperature gradient due to the difference between the liquid and solid coefficient of thermal expansion, since they absorb different amounts of heat. This T gradient causes instabilities at the S/L interface, which grow into dendrites just as in this video. And this occurs hierarchically/recursively at each boundary, forming tertiary dendrites on secondary ones on the original, primary ones.

You should do sea salt in isopropyl alcohol! Just by chance (I forget what I was doing), I left out some sea salt in isopropyl alcohol and sea salt in either water or vinegar I think. They both ended up looking pretty cool once the liquid evaporated. The sea salt was dissolved into each liquid, but once the alcohol had evaporated it left behind some really cool cubic crystal formations.

Would be awesome to see how they go about forming as that happens.

It’s like form and space and vice versa. It reminded me of the particles put underneath a speaker and when certain frequencies are applied the vibrations form amazing patterns & forms. You can then see what frequencies and vibrations resonate with us it’s fascinating!

As a guy who lives in Hawai'i and is of Japanese descent, I regularly use soy sauce in my daily meals, so it's fascinating as hell to see this! 😁👍

Crystals are a very facinating subject. There is a guy that worked on snow flakes for most of his life. It wasn't a wasted life.

your work is just wonderful! What a cool facet of artwork! I love microscopic examination of just about anything, I just wish I had a microscope! my friend has one for her farm, it is good to avoid vet visits, and fecal exams for 50 goats, or so! I never get to use it though! It is incredible, how advanced technology has become...

I often wonder if "Lysol" disinfectant actually kills "Illness causing germs". Thank's very much for your work.
