Why did you shut it down at 7800 rpm? Did the TR-3160 rebuild/upgrade stay with the same ratios?

Hey, so I was wondering how long these packages normally take to do? My dad wanted me to do some research, as we have a 2020 GT350 that we wanted to get the 1000R kit for.
