Armenian News - NEWS.am presents the latest developments following the Artsakh peace deal signed on November 9:

Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has submitted a letter of resignation following a controversial peace deal signed on November 9 by the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders.
The truce calls for the deployment of almost 2,000 Russian peacekeepers to the conflict zone, where Azerbaijan will receive significant territorial concessions, including a strategically important town of Shushi.
The Armenian MFA refuted the report of PM Nikol Pashinyan that the question of giving up Shushi was at every stage of the peace process.
According to the MFA, at no stage of the peace process, there was such a question.

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan has invited all the parliamentary parties to had a meeting in the parliament on Monday and discuss the latest developments.
However, the opposition Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia parties have refused to attend the meeting.
Thus the meeting has been held only with My Step ruling bloc.
During the meeting, Pashinyan noted that the bodies of over 300 of our heroes have been retrieved from Shushi in the last two days

An operative team from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations on Monday arrived in Stepanakert to provide help to the local population.
The group consists of 30 rescuers, representatives from the central office of the aforesaid ministry, rescuers from the center for conducting special dangerous rescue operations, liaisons, and some others.
The matter of increasing the number of members of this team will be discussed on the spot—and on the account of 150 rescuers and a mobile hospital—who are ready to fly from Moscow.

Lena Nazaryan, deputy speaker of the National Assembly (NA) and member of its majority My Step faction, on Monday sent a letter to the head of NA opposition Prosperous Armenia faction Gagik Tsarukyan, in which she asks him to attend the NA Council meeting to be held at 4pm.
The agenda of the meeting includes the matter of petitioning to the Constitutional Court with a request to terminate Tsarukyan’s parliamentary powers.
In the meantime, Armenia ex-National Security Service chief Arthur Vanetsyan has been released, but the court decision on the motion for his arrest will be published later today.
He was charged for usurpation of power, preparation of assassination to stop the activities of a state, political, or public figure, and illegal possession of weapons.

The rally organized by 17 opposition parties of Armenia was taking place at Liberty Square in the capital Yerevan.
The demand for this rally was the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The protests have been taking place in Yerevan for almost a week now, although citizens and opposition persons are being detained.
