Rik Schaffer - To Live Forever (VTM:B Unused Track)

An unused track from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines' composer: Rik Schaffer. (it's currently used in unofficial patch - it used to play in the museum level, but now it plays in late parts of Anarch storyline)

Rik Schaffer shared all of his unused tracks back then and many were uploaded in YouTube, but original uploader's account was deleted, so I thought re-uploading this masterpiece would be a good idea. And some of them even shared to Spotify etc., maybe he'll use them for the upcoming sequel.

Good news. They just released every Bloodlines OST ever named as "More Music From the Vault" with VEVO (?). From now on, we have our favorite To Live Forever and many more unused in YouTube, Spotify etc.

Sony copyrighted this video too after almost 2 years, I have no idea what do they want to accomplish. I muted the music and made the video accessible to explain the situation. If anyone knows a solution, I'm listening, otherwise I guess I have to reupload it again sometime in the future.

I'm absolutely amazed this song WASN'T included in the game as this seems like the kind of music that would play when your just traveling to places or during a critical cutscene where a plot twist is done.

Such incredible soundtrack, i remember when it played in Griffith Park when you had to see Nines. Such fitting soundtrack, being by yourself, looking for one of your only friends in forbidden and dangerous zone because of the werewolves presence. This ost plays almost in the finale of the game, and i can't express how much thrills i get listening to it years after playing vtmb.
Such beautiful composition, for a such beautiful game.

I recently downloaded the unofficial patch of the game and this song started playing outside of Grout's mansion, as if it is preparing you for what is about to follow inside the mansion. 🥰🥰🥰

Yeah, it's definitely in the unofficial patch. I've heard this in my game. Thank the modders for adding a lot of the unused tracks in Bloodlines 1.
