I really like on Dubey and Schaldenbrand watches that almost every watch is numbered no matter if they are limited or not, sad that they dont put the individual number on the MAEN.:)

I think that swapping out the rubber strap for a Milanese mesh, it would do a decent job even in winter. It is always on the sporty side, but apart from formal occasions, it can be an all year round watch.

A nice piece and the strap and buckle are very well executed. Although as a pilot GMT is my favorite complication I prefer "true GMTs" where the hour hand is adjustable without hacking the movement.

I like that it doesn't have a GMT bezel. Offers something different. I would have added a color to the GMT hand so it's easier to read.

Excellent review from a very beautiful watch I must admit. These guys seem to know what they want to put out on the market. By the way, and please don't take it the wrong way, I love the accent of yours because it reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger trying to speak about watches except that you on the other hand you have the knowledge. I also like the fact that you are saying the numbers the way I understand them and that is an important factor for me (centimeters instead of inches which I don't have knowledge to convert them because I am Greek) but most importantly? The quality and the quantity of your content. Very elite and carefully presented. Keep up the excellent work Tim and bring more of these options like Maen and alike microbrands because they have a lot to offer. Take care and cheers mate.

The angled bezel makes the watch look like Marlon Brando´s bezel-less Rolex GMT on Apocalypse Now. Maybe this is a subtle reference to that watch.
