I'm thinking staying in the Jamaica section is the way to go. It just seems a better choice than the preferred category, especially with closer access to the Skyliner. Nice video and good job presenting all this information. Thank you.

Super helpful, Shannon! New viewer here. We have a King bed booked in May 2022 and had requested buildings 45 or 51, not realizing there were no king beds in building 45 - will switch our request to 46 or 51! Thanks for the tips.

Thanks for this Shannon, boy this place has changed big time! I stayed here on my very 1st trip here to WDW in July 1998. I was in the Jamaica Village in building number 43, room 59 which was upstairs.

I stayed there in 98 with my friend and her son and loved it we had a pool view. There was no skyliner yet only busses
We loved renting boat on the lake.

Is it possible to walk to Riviera skyliner from Martinique or is it closer to go to Jamaica skyliner? Seems like a really long walk to Jamaica.

My family & I are going in march this year & we booked a water view with a 5th sleeper & was wondering which option is good? I’d like 2nd floor & not right under sky liner as I hear it’s pretty loud. Any suggestions?

Going in December-5th sleeper. Hoping to get Jamaica. Wondering the best way to get to MK or AK from CBR? Do you have a video on that for morning commute? We aren’t Gonna have a vehicle ourselves.

I'm sorry, Shannon, but there are no longer playgrounds on each village's beach. The only playground that exists at CBR, is the one on Caribbean Cay (which is pronounced 'Key'). I was just there this past October, we walked the entire resort & checked out each beach, no playgrounds/parks on the beaches. I think they all had playgrounds/parks on each beach before the big remodel a few years back, but post-remodel, the only one left is on the Cay. Just wanted to let ya know, in case someone was banking on that aspect for a future stay.
