I am listening this video again after 3-4 months. this reminds me again the importance of Interviews. Last year I appeared for only 2 interviews in the whole year without any proper preparation. Facing interview bring you close to the reality where do you stand, what is your level of communication even if you don't know answer how can you change the topic.

*You are 100% right, this is the best skill more than working skill, my friend has 4.5L, he moved to new job with 9L, as he was not good in working, within 2 months, they fired him as he was not good in his work, again with his cracking interview skill he got one more job with 17L, and he is able to sustain in that company and went to abroad by that company*
