the hardest in order is: end stone, Terracotta, Glass, Water (cover entire bed with that way it makes it harder) wool and finally the bed. also make a mining fatigue trap and Voila! you have the unbeatable bed in bedwars. you can also cover it with ladders, it doesnt seem like a good idea though.

I think I would've put more water, because water is the most annoying thing you can use as a bed defense. Obsidian is obviously too, because you need a diamond pickaxe but I still recommend more water. :)

Bed defense is completely skill preference, if u are really good at bedwars and ur aware of your bed, I think simply obsidian with some wood or wool is best. Big bed defenses can be a double edge sword and gives them protection if they choose to burrow

you can make it more annoying by making the bed not in the center of the defense so people will be breaking to the center when the bed is actually somewhere else
