Unpopular practice: No apps on the home screen, but instead searching for them as needed. Focus modes determine notifications, and the dock is only messages and phone apps. Its hard, but beautifully clear!

You can also do the following.
Long press on the screen -> Edit -> Customize -> Press Printer, and change the icons black and white. So, it works with every logos.

You can also do it for FREE: Hold an app on your home screen > Edit Home Screen > Edit (top left) > Customize > Tinted and adjust white on black from there.

This reminded me that it’s smart to turn on black-and-white mode on your phone so it’s less of a hit of dopamine for our brain to see all the rainbow colors 🥲

One thing I struggle with still with all these minimalist set ups on iphone is that you're still able to swipe all the way to the right were you again see the apps and colorful icons that really catch your attention.

I set up my phone the same way. It is unbelievable that it really works! It just makes the icons faded but the switch in the brain is inactivated
