A little more of the pros and cons to help newbies decide would have been super helpful.

The punches themselves on the rotary punch are removable if you want to punch deep into something. At least mine are and the one you’re using in the video appears to be the same

Can you tell me what kind of board is that you're working on? What sort of composite or materials is it made out?

IS the buckleguy press cast iron or aluminum? After watching noted definitely steel. I destroyed a cheap aluminum one simple pressing on a snap. Company refuses to do anything about it. I do have most of my brass from Buckleguy. Just great stuff at good prices.

I recently saw a set of punches that go in a drill press or power drill. I don't know what to make of them, good bad?

You do great videos. You don’t need to say So to emphasize something, we are paying attention or we wouldn’t be watching. It gets a little distracting. Don’t mean to be critical, keep up the good videos.

I bought a 245-7 (supposed to be a 7mm punch) drive punch from cs osborne and the hole it punched is 5.5mm at best. Did not get the punch from Buckleguy. The place I bought it from marketing the #7 punch as a 7mm punch but I learned the hard way that that is not how CS Osborne numbers their punches. I checked the CS Osborne site after the fact and learned that the 245#, ie: 245-7, is not a 7mm punch. CS Osborne measures all their punches in inches and the consumer has to do the conversion. So once again, buyer beware.
