The migraine one was a bit extreme. Most of my family and I get migraines occasionally and they don’t usually have signs days before or after. According to this then days before anything happens I can know one is coming and days after I still feel it. Of course there are lasting effects but not for multiple days. Mine are not extreme and other people’s might be, but in personal experience, it’s bad but not for multiple days.
