The problem is compounded by the fact that most of entrepreneurs have never seen or exposed to professionally run units. As a consequence, they unable to recognise the need for change and/or to scale up.

Why not start consulting for such firms by setting up a team who provides guidance on all key aspects of business such as Manufacturing, marketing, accounting, HRD and ERP implementation of MSME units.

Your Professional fees should have a base minimum per month, payable in advance, plus a variable component linked to easily related metric such as production and sales.

Team should have access to the IT system of the client unit.
