Doubling Down on Luminar Technologies… | $100,000 Stock Portfolio Episode 35

I’ve decided to double down on Luminar Technologies, despite its recent 60% drop and the reverse stock split and here is why.

Firstly, I think the stock has very limited downside. You see right now it has a market cap of about $210 million, while generating $75 million of revenue. Meaning that its P/S ratio is around 2.6, which is lower than other LiDAR companies like Hesai with 4.9, Ouster with 3.9 and Innoviz with 5.8. I think the market cap could potentially fall to as low as $200 million, but I find it very unlikely that, that would happen before the next earnings call.

Also holding luminar from .80 presplit, so $12 split adjusted. Thanks for this video. Im a little worried about the ceo being inexperienced being so young. Havent done research on the rest of management. Great video, the risk reward is quite good at your price, and you have a chance for incredible returns while being able to control your losses.
