From Medusa’s story told by your powerful voice, betrayed by those she thought she could rely and trust, to being outcasted and cursed for something she didn’t want and being forced. All leading to her finding herself reborn, in a place of power due to the very curse she was given. It’s not beautiful, it’s powerful. In a in a radiating way that just lets you know this was someone who’s had enough and decided to fight back for once.

The whole time I was listening to this I thought she was saying “medusas claim to throne” not “medusas claimed her throne”. The first time it was someone declaring her as having a claim to the throne and the next was when she turned the king to stone, kneeling before the throne staring at her hands whispering the words back, “medusas claim to throne” as she looks up and smiles a watery smile, tears running down her cheeks, as she rises, stumbling towards the throne, toppling that king right over and taking his place.
