Hello, now after several years of usage of TM5 I'm experiencing the same problem. I thought it's a problem with the cook key because some time ago I had to open it and change the memory stick in the USB port for a new one (used some small flash instead) so it was all the time not as good sealed as before. So bought new Cook key which for a while worked out, but suddenly the problem is back. I think the root cause will be somewhere in 1) the microcontroler board which is just behind the LCD or 2) somewhere in the power source which is not after so many years of usage not able to power all the components + Cook key.. will try to diagnose the problem and inform here about results..
