I've read several comments on several different instructional tonight, and to all who wonder how to get your foot faster, or your hands quicker, or your technique tighter the answer is, PRACTICE man PRACTICE.

Do you have a video explaining your right hand technique? It looks like your using French grip but you have so much control over your doubles. Thanks!

Sounds and looks great, man! Next exercise would be double paradiddle pattern or paradiddle diddle in the same fashion - hard as hell, or anything in three or six for that matter.

Nice job. Yes that is a great exercise for clarity between notes around the kit. Keep everything flowing is where the rubber meets the road. Also, ty for using a single kick for this exercise. Too many drummers get lazy, in my opinion with their dbl pedal. You give the hihat the credit it’s due. Very well played. Great job. Keeping the hats on the qrtrs will give me fits. But when I get it, I really get it. That hihat is so important.

Wonderful. Any advice on how to improve doubles on the kick with one foot? I just can’t crack it and it’s bern frustrating me for months!

Great exercises Louie. You could take your idea & use it with Stick Control For The Modern Drummer by George Lawrence Stone or maybe that's what you were doing already :-) Also using it with 16th note triplets or 32nd note triplets would be cool also.
