It’s refreshing how logical and straight forward he is

The one part that's missing in a great many cases of why men do these things is, who they're doing them for. I have a family of mostly females at home who I love and cherish. They are why I work so hard and so much. Then when I come home from work, I provide the highest level of familial care I can.

We will work ourselves to death just to take care of our wife and children. Just love us and respect us and we will never leave you.

One of the best advice I heard was from Lea Brown. *If you want to be in an industry so bad, work for them for free* he went every single day to get rejected at a radio station until they got fed up and let him work their for free. After a year of grabbing coffee and answering phone calls, he eventually gets his break for the public to hear his voice for the first time. The catalyst to his speaking career, versus if he had simply went to college for communication, and waited years for get his first radio gig, that would’ve delayed his career for at least 5-10 years. Not saying college is bad at all! But certain industries, especially the creative industry, just do it. That’s something young generation misunderstands quite a lot, that the free/additional work you put in early truly has the potential for much faster career growth than the average individual.

This is how Jordan needs to talk to journalists, give them information they don’t know but can’t help find fascinating. It always calms them down whenever he does it

It exists or has existed this way because if both men and women work 40 to 80 hours a week then who will have kids or take care of and raise the children? There is currently a big drop in the birthrate and a demographic winter approaching. The average age is going up every year. It isn't sustainable even though I know with modern medicine and technology we don't need to have 10 kids each, but we still need more young people to do all the things that old people can't or won't do

This doesn't only apply to hourly wages, but includes salary pay as well. However, if you are salary, you may have to have a colleague or higher up point out your efforts to supervisors.
Stay no longer than a 1/2 hour to 45 min in an hourly paying job or you become a doormat to be taken advantage of and your time abused. Your time is more valuable than your paycheck. We all have heard, or experienced the vacations or special dinners cancelled for an 'emergency' project the boss didn't want to do, or a colleague who didn't accomplish in time. So people pleasers, keep your Healthy Boundaries intact, and don't ever break your own Boundaries.

You just can't argue with Mr Jordan Peterson! I mean it's always thought provoking and when i dig deep i always find out everything he says so far is spot on no joke! Im all women that has a masculine side but not enough to get me moving as they do and i fit the profile of everything he said! i truly admire men and what they are willing to do and accomplish! I mean theses men build bridges build buildings roofers dangerous jobs yes kudos to them cuz they're badass men! we all have a part in this world when we are to love each other and support each other and lift each other up when one is down lift him up when the other is down lift them up I love Jordan Peterson the realist of many truly

I stay at work for three hours after most of the other employees have left. I show up at 7am at the latest, and the others in my time bracket leave at 3pm, I'll stay an additional three hours beyond what is expected of me, I'll communicate with the decision makers for relevant departments, and I will suffer as I must to meet this deadline I've set for myself because I feel it is what I must do to provide for my family.

I've been crawling up the ranks in my SMALL twenty million dollar company and before you know it, I'll be one of the managers myself, pulling down 100k annually.

Sacrifice leads to rewards.

I as a man agree. When the local company I worked for closed, I had to go 3hrs. away to get work while my wife remained behind due to she didn’t want to move. I drove home on weekends. I eventually secured a job closer with better pay andA benefits. Now I commute only about an hour and 20 minutes round trip a day.

Jordan Peterson I have worked 50 hrs a week for at least 15 years of nt 33 year career. Before my hours increased I worked 40 hours a week. I wanted to be a stay at home mom and regret all those years I put in.

If only business's worked that way where I work I can work an extra 2 hours every normal workday Monday thru Friday including a 10 to 12 hour shift on Saturday and not only will I not be thanked. Ots borderline expected when it's needed but the lazy sacks of shit that miss up to 300 hours a year not only still keep their jobs but people barely even give them shit for it but if I were to do that I would be treated like shit. And this is still one of the best companies I have ever worked for. People are wither heartless and take advantage of others or to lenient and caring for the ones they shouldn't be and thereby take advantage of the ones who actually give a fuck. People need to get their fucking shit together
