Mike Massimino was the last person to have be inside the Hubble Space telescope on its final servicing mission in 2009. As an astronaut, he has a rare insight into the workings of Hubble in orbit, and in this Nature Video, he tells us about his favourite Hubble moments, perhaps not the ones which you might expect.

I'm reading Mike's book "Spaceman". Yes, the HST shuttle missions were the most exiting ones of the Shuttle era. This makes me think of what astronauts could do in the future (after ISS).... Why not the assembly of huge structures in space (LEO) which will include large mirrors or radio-telescopes for astronomy and once they're checked, send them to L2 for instance. A way to combine human space activity and studying exoplanets in more and more details!
