I was living in Estacada when the Joshua Webb thing happened, he also gutted the family dog on the kitchen counter, the clerk at Thriftway was lucky he survived. That guy should be locked up for LIFE. I can't believe they let him go to a residential center. I now live in Eastern Oregon and couldn't believe it when I read about him being moved to Umatilla.
