completed all steps still didn't work for me said something about source file not found in the restore health section Error: 0x800f081f

i am facing screen tearing problem in my i tried to reinstall all the graphic driver, BIOS drivers, nvidia control changed my compatibility setting....even then i am facing this screen tearing in games
