The fact of bringing an unsubstantiated claim (speculation at best) into a Supreme Court appointment voting hearing is ridiculous.. There has been no criminal charges filed by any person victimized by the appointee nor has there been any criminal complaint/indictment, nor has he ever been convicted of any crime, this appointment process is an improper venue to bring a victim of an alleged crime into and the attorney who allowed or advised his client to participate should be disbarred and the alleged victim should sue him for malpractice for millions of dollars and she should also sue the federal government for the release of her name in the form of a leak no matter who in government leaked it, , for a few million dollars more the leak was outrageous, and dangerous government conduct... Easy case to prove...in fact any citizen of the United States can file a complaint against this attorney as citizens are supposed to report such conduct to his respective BAR association...
