Ingredients:
1 tbsp lemon zest
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter

Bake at 350F for 14-17 minutes. Enjoy!

gonna try this April but I place mine in the fridge for 30 min and they puff up a little more in the center, and I add an almond flavor it's a softer taste rather than lemon :)
